After entering the shrine, you’re tasked to head through the gate before the block trips the switch. In order to head to the monk, try to get blasted into the air along with the stone to paraglide on top of it.

Once you’re at the top, prepare your Statis Rune and freeze it while it’s at the top. The next thing that you need to do is to hop off and glide through the open door. Now all that remains is to speak with the monk and claim the Spirit Orb.

Upon entering this shrine, use the Statis to freeze the middle boulder and head up the slope. You need to move to the side in order to avoid getting hit. After getting to the top, you’ll notice a lot of boulders rolling down.

At this point, you need to use the middle boulder using Magnesis as a shield while moving up. Doing so should allow you to move up while crashing the incoming boulders and finally heading to the room with monk.

Once you’re inside the room, simply speak with Monk Mo’a Keet in order to claim the Spirit Orb – as simple as that!

After using Kass to access the shrine, use the paraglider to ride the wind away from Kass. Bomb the breakable rock and use your Paraglider as well as Cryonis Rune to roam around.

You need to take note of the wind’s direction and bomb the rest of the breakable objects. Doing this should allow you to open the wind flow. After bombing all the rocks, climb the highest point of the rocks in the middle of the lagoon and jump towards the shrine platform.

The wind should now be enough to carry you to the platform. Once on the platform, open the chest to grab a Great Flameblade and approach the monk to get the Spirit Orb.

You essentially can move them by creating an ice platform beneath them. Once you’ve cleared the area, create one block in the middle of the slope, above the laser beam. From there, head towards the sphere and push it into the receptacle.

It should allow you to access Monk Ne’ez Yohma and claim the Spirit Orb.
