Star Link HEXA is a puzzle game and an interesting one at that. You will be controlling hexagons of different colors. They are placed on a board and your task is to connect them to a hexagon of the same color. Just drag the hexagon across the board and once they connect the path will disappear so you need to find other paths for the other remaining hexagons. This game is fun hacks, cheats, tips and guide.
What time limit
Star Link HEXA doesn’t have a time limit so that’s one good thing. You don’t need to worry about running out of time so just solve those puzzles as long as you need to as you don’t get a penalty or an award if you finish the puzzle too long or too early. Take all the time that you need when solving these puzzles if you have to.
Going back to penalties, the game doesn’t punish you as well if you may mistakes nor does it reward you if you don’t. Basically you can try a lot of combinations as possible. If you make a mistake with one of your movements then you can just repeat the level. You’ll know when its a mistake when there is no path for the remaining hexagons to move through although the game doesn’t really tell you that. You’ll just be staring at the screen not realizing that you made a mistake.
There is no pattern to which hexagons you need to solve first. You can start with the blue one and then the white one and so on. The thing to remember is that as long as there is still a path to go through then you can still solve the remaining hexagons. In fact in some levels, there are certain orders to how you can solve the puzzles but for the most part you just find the pattern that is easy for you.
More than one of the same color
In the earlier levels of Star Link HEXA you will have hexagons with colors that only come out once. Later on you can have levels that have hexagons that have two of the same color that you need to solve. When that happens the game becomes a bit tricky. Tricky in a sense that there could be two ways to connect the hexagons of the same color. You could basically connect White A to White B or White B to White C then White A to White D. The combinations can be a lot so that’s another thing that you need to be mindful of.
A little competition
The game is pretty much straight forward and it doesn’t have a multiplayer feature. Maybe it doesn’t need one but it can be a good thing to do which is to challenge a friend or relative to a ncie game. Try to see who gets the farthest in a time limit since the puzzles are the same for each level.
